Shipping & Delivery
Please allow 2-3 days for your order to be processed and shipped. The shipping method you choose at checkout will be applied to your order. Our online ordering is limited to UPS Shipping which doesn’t allow us to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses… that being said…. if you call the store, we will always make a way to ship to our friends with APO/FPO addresses. GO NAVY! (this is in no way meant to show any favoritism to the Navy…. except to all non-Navy vets!)
Returns & Replacements
As a food product, all sales of Oil and Vinegar are Final unless damaged or defective. You may return unused or damaged merchandise (excluding Oils and Vinegars) for a full refund within 20 days of ship date. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. (i.e. you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) To return products, please include a copy of the invoice and the reason for the return and ship to: Di Olivas Oil & Vinegar 617 S Main Street St. Charles, MO 63301 We will reimburse your original shipping expenses provided that your defective return is shipped via ground. If you return your product via a faster, more expensive shipper, the additional shipping expenses will not be reimbursed. Please allow 2-3 weeks for receipt and processing of your return. Once your credit is processed, you will receive notification via e-mail. To replace or exchange your return item, simply re-order the product from the online store.
